International shipping is in the midst of a green transition.
New global and European climate regulations aim to make low- and zero-emission fuels a reality in the maritime sector. But are we moving fast enough? And how can we ensure that regulations, technology, and investments align — without slowing down value creation and trade?

In this debate, we ask:

• How can we practically build the market and infrastructure for ZNZ (zero and near-zero) fuels?
• What kinds of incentives and regulations are needed to trigger investments?
• Who takes the risk of going first — and how is it rewarded?
• What role should Norway play in the green race at sea?
